Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime plurimumque observande. Obsequiorum meorum promptitudinem et perpetuam commendationem.

Periucundum mihi fuit ex litteris Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae perspexisse eius in me amoris inconvulsam integritatem, quam meis studiis firmiorem quoque ac perpetuam reddere cum semper mihi in animo fuerit et curae non infimae, non est mirandum si ob intermissiones istas id superinscribed⌈idid superinscribed⌉ subvereat, quod creditu mihi sit etiam difficillimum. Ego certe nihil umquam sensi diversum ab eo, quod Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra scribit, sed mea summa observantia reddit me meticulosiorem, ne quid ex me progrediatur, quod offendere animum Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae possit, quem etiam metum numquam relaxabo tametsi satis ab ipsa Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra confirmatus.

Expeditionis nostrae procrastinationem multa sunt, quae parare potuerunt. Id vero ex nostro aliquo neglectu evenire ideo non possum credere, quam si quid tale esset, id ocius ad nos procurator noster perscripsisset. Itaque exspectanda est fortuna. Ubi vero expeditas litteras Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra huc miserit, meminerit, ut simul officialem in spiritualibus generalem hic constituat, cui ego actorum rationem exponam.
