Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, frater et maior observande. Salutem et studiorum me[orum] commendationem.

Ut antea scripsi, nihil apud me remansit earum litterarum, quas in causa Pucensi Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra mihi communicavit. Postremi autem responsi, quod ad Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriaregiam maiestatemSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra dedit, exempla evestigio ad omnes hic vicinos dominos consiliarios ac ipsos etiam Thorunienses missa sunt, quorum nullus, quid de illo sentiat, renuntiavit neque ego, ut id exquirere sollicitus fui, cum mihi Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra scripsisset nuntium cum litteris ablegatum iam tum fuisse, [n]on potest [f]acere. Hodie mitto ad Gdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic Leagueregiam maiestatemGdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic League pro impetra[nda] prorogatione eius immunitatis, quae ad Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae preces olim concessa iamiam fini[tur]. Qua in re si quid adicere suffragii Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra poterit, ut faciat, oro. Cui me sem[per] commendatissimum esse eamque diutissime valere percupio.
