Reverendo in Christo Patri, domino Ioanni Dantisco episcopo Culmensi sincere nobis dilecto

Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviaeque etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Unguentum, quod nobis Paternitas Vestra misit, grate accepimus et agimus ac habeamus pro illo Paternitati Vestrae magnas gratias. Quod licet prius a reverendissimo domino archiepiscopo Gnesnensi etiam illi a Paternitate Vestra datum habuimus et illo usi sumus, feliciterque nobis successit, tamen iterum atque iterum de illo habemus gratias Paternitati Vestrae.

Quae bene ac feliciter valeat.
