Reverendissime in Christo pater et domine, domine observandissime. Servitiorum meorum humili commendatione praemissa.

Cum nihil scriptu dignum occurrit, nolui tamen habito nuntio praetermittere, quin aliquid scribam invisamque sanitatem et fortunam Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae, cum audiam propediem corporaliter possessionem Ermland (Warmia, Varmia), diocese and ecclesiastical principality in northeastern Poland, 1466-1772 within the Kingdom of Poland, Royal Prussiaepiscopatus WarmiensisErmland (Warmia, Varmia), diocese and ecclesiastical principality in northeastern Poland, 1466-1772 within the Kingdom of Poland, Royal Prussia assumere.

Quae spectabilis consulatus Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae scripserat de monetae cussione, ibidem et mihi significarunt, ut autem sciant non vane ad eos scripsisse, remisi eis litteras nobilitatis terrae Culmensis ad me datas, qui simili modo conqueruntur etiam minando serenissimae Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriamaiestati regiaeSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria significare velle, veilm ut expectasset prout mutuo consuluimus usque ad finem conventus Pyotrkouiensis. Sed cum ita eis visum est propensa magna, ut dicitur, utilitate et fructu nos non audient. Cum his me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae unice commendo, quam felicissime in multos annos valere cupio.
