Serenissima Regia Maiestas et Domine, Domine clementissime. Humillimam perpetuae meae servitutis commendationem.

Nudius tertius copiose scripsi Maiestati Vestrae Serenissimae de omnibus, quae per me hic a 17 Iunii hucusque acta sunt et quae in novis habebantur. Interea nihil dignum scientia Maiestatis Vestrae Serenissimae se obtulit, solum hoc mihi argumentum scribendi dedit, ut has duplicatas, quas iis adiunxi, in negotio Gdanensium et Elbingensium ad iudicium camerae imperialis, Maiestati Vestrae Serenissimae transmitterem et quod illi supplicarem quam humillime, postquam post mortem domini olim episcopi Plocensis in tanta sacerdotiorum distributione nihil mihi accessit, quod saltem administrationem villae Goląbya, in qua mihi ecclesiam dedit, gratiose concedere dignetur, condicionibus, sub quibus ipsa Maiestas Vestra Serenissima pro sua in me clementia voluerit, ut unus sit et ecclesiae et villae director. Quod una mecum aequitati incomparabili et gratiae Maiestatis Vestrae Serenissimae suppliciter commendo.
