Salutem et omnem felicitatem.

Quod Dominatio Vestra ad descriptu written over aauu written over am nostram informationem morbi et defectus nostri statum nobis exactius consilium suu suum et communicaverit per superiorem on the marginsuperioremsuperiorem on the margin nuntium nostrum cum adiunctis necess written over aass written over aariis medelis communicaverit, magnas illi agimus gratias. pro impensa diligentia, quae nobis eo nomine fuit gratissima. Id. Et cum iam partim id simus secuti placuit medicina etiam descripta etiam medicina usi placuit, visum nobis necessarium, necessarium nobis visum est atque hoc valetutidinem nostram superinscribednostramnostram superinscribed requirere expetere, quo denuo Dominationem Vestram super quid super operatione praedictae medicinae in morbum et valed corpus nostrum, quomodo etiam nos post usum illius sentiamus, una ms. uva(!) unauna ms. uva(!) cum quibusdam aliis informare ac eidem necessarias q et valetudini nostrae conducibiles quaestiones proponere.
