Ioannes DANTISCUS to Tiedemann GIESE
Löbau (Lubawa), 1537-09-05

English register: Dantiscus informs Giese that the envoy (Alexander Sculteti), who left for Cracow on August 12, has not returned yet. Dantiscus brought Giese up to date on current affairs in his letter of August 27. He suggests that Giese send his reply via the person delivering the present letter.

Ioannes episcopus Culmensis etc. scripsit
