Reverendissimo Domino, domino episcopo Culmensi et ad ecclesiam Varmiensem postulato, domino, domino etc. observandissimo

Reverendissime Praesul et Domine, domine observandissime.

Humillimam commendationem.

Admirabitur fortassis Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima, quae sit haec mea audacia scribendi, quam imputabit pietati ipsi, quae me impellit, ut commendem Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae Iacobum Gracianum, qui uxorem duxit celebrato matrimonio filiam Dominationis Vestre Reverendissime satis pro decore omnium. Mater puellae quoque honeste satis elocata est Graciani industria.

Nihil addam amplius, ne molestus sim Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae. Ego is sum, cuius precibus dominus reverendissimus Londensis Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae negotium Graciani commendavit .

Valeat Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima longum. Dominus Fabianus, vir honestissimus, me de facie novit. Ego is ero, cui Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima posthac aliquid imperare poterit.
