Regest polski: Dantyszek, wyjeżdżając z dworu króla [Zygmunta I], otrzymał od niego przywilej dla swojego brata Georga von Höfen. Zgodnie z nim wolno mu przewieźć z Gdańska do Kowna na Litwie 100 łasztów soli bez cła i sprzedać tamże przez swoich przedstawicieli. Wysłał jednego z nich, Bernarda Thule, jednak boi się, żeby nie był on niepokojony przez celników ani innych ludzi.

Dlatego prosi Zygmunta Augusta, żeby, gdyby coś przydarzyło się Bernardowi i zwrócił się do niego z jego listem o pomoc, raczył okazać mu łaskę i wsparcie w obronie przywileju podpisanego ręką adresata.
