Regest polski:

Dantyszek otrzymał załączony do listu spis długów zmarłego proboszcza [Thomasa Roselera] z Lichnowów (Grosse Lichtenau), który nie pozostawił testamentu. Zarówno zobowiązania, jak i pozostałe dobra nie mogą zostać przeznaczone na finansowanie budowy kościoła, za którą odpowiadają parafianie, a nie proboszcz. Spis Dantyszek zatrzymuje u siebie i prosi adresata o niezwłoczne przesłanie inwentarza wszystkich rzeczy oraz bydła należących do zmarłego. Rozporządzi nimi zgodnie z przysługującymi mu uprawnieniami biskupimi w zakresie majątku duchownych zmarłych bez testamentu.
