Reverendissimo et excellentissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dantisco episcopo Culmensi, serenissimi regis Poloniae apud sacr(atissimam) or sacr(am)sacr(atissimam)sacr(atissimam) or sacr(am) caesaream maiestatem oratori, dignissimo domino et patrono suo colendissimo

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine mi colendissime.

Die 13 huius accepi litteras a magnifico domino Cornelio Dupplicio Sceppero communi amico, qui ex Spira scribit se rectissime valere, litteras quoque his alligatas cupivit Vestrae Reverendissimae Paternitati praesentari. Sunt praeterea et aliae litterae ad illius carissimam uxorem, quas etiam ad Reverendissimam Vestram Paternitatem remitto, eandem humillime rogans, ut eas per certum nuntium ad praefatam eius uxorem dirigere dignetur. Ego idipsum non minus, quam ipse dominus Cornelius, officiosissimo meo obsequio erga eandem Vestram Reverendissimam Paternitatem (cui me devotissime semper commendo) promereri studebo.
