Salutem dico.

Rediit incolumis ad nos frater tuus, amplissime Dantisce, deditque tuam mihi epistolam, quae incolume corpus et animi declarat aegritudinem. Illam tibi gratulor, mederi huic percupidus eram, si quid ex me accedere tibi potuit, et consuluerunt credo dolori huic tuo amici, quorum in aula vis non erat parva nec ullum intellego, qui in rem tuam non dixerit amice. Non attinet nunc ea de re scribere latius, cum sciat omnia frater et ea, quae in aula hac sunt nova, referet abunde.

Hodie abiturus est rex cum aula tota peregrinatum, rediturus, si deo placet, post dies novem. Ego iturus sum in Prussiam, Thoruniae atque in Monte Regio aestatem transacturus. Mitto per fratrem Mechoviensem et meas nugas iam secundario et cupio optime te habere et vivere diu feliciter, dicturus tibi, ubi veneris, domino dante, Reverendissime Praesul. Interim vale.
