Venerabilibus Dominis praelatis, canonicis et capitulo ecclesiae nostrae Varmiensis, fratribus sincere nobis dilectis

Ioannes Dei gratia episcopus Varmiensis

Venerabiles Domini, fratres sincere dilecti.

Ea, quae nobis illustrissimus dominus dux vicinus noster ad novissimas nostras responderit et quae hodie rescripsimus, ex adiunctis intelligent. Erit itaque scriptio nostra ad illum concepta quibusdam in locis mutanda, quod quomodo fieri debeat, mutua inter nos opus est consultatione. Proinde, ut cras venerabiles fratres nostri dominus praepositus cum domino doctore Nicolao nobiscum hic ante prandii tempus conveniant, operae pretium esse putamus, communiter de iis, quae tum nostras, tum res Fraternitatum Vestrarum attingunt, consulturi.
