Ioannes etc.

Venerabiles Domini, fratres sincere dilecti.

Vocavimus venerabilem dominum Achacium a Trenka, canonicum ecclesiae nostrae Varmiensis et administratorem Allenstenensem, ut pro decore nostro nobiscum se ad iter versus Montem Regium <accingeret> . Quo nos non solum nuptiarum, verum multis aliis de causis utrimque necessariis ad colloquium illustrissimus dominus dux vicinus noster humanisime invitavit. Quod igitur in notitiam Fraternitatum Vestrarum deducendum existimavimus, ne quis ca[u]sari possit dominum administratorem se temere ad eam profectionem ingessisse.

Fraternitates Vestras bene valere optamus.

Ex Heilsberg, XVIII Augusti MDXXXIX.
