Reverendissimo in Christo Patri Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Varmiensi domino observantissimo

Iam obsignatis litteris et dimisso a me [nuntio] allatae sunt maiestati regiae litterae a serenissimo domino Romanorum rege quaedam auditu non iniucunda. Quare earum litterarum exemplum confeci et illud dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae mitto cui iterum me et obsequia mea commendo.
