English register: Martinus Kyszeweter and the Observants from Löbau extend thanks for the letter and generous alms. They promise to repay the kindness by celebrating, in accordance with Dantiscus’ wishes, a thirty-day service for the dead. Afterwards as well, they will always remember him in their prayers. Stephanus Tobie, the writer of the letter, sends Dantiscus special greetings.

Post imprecationem longaevae salutis humillimam subiectionem.
Reverendissime in Christo Pater.
Redditae sunt nobis et gratiosissimae, et gratissimae cf.
Nec persuasum sit Amplissimae Dominationi Vestrae umquam nos pervasisse dubitationem nonnullam de vobis, cum beneficia Paternitatis Vestrae in nos ubertim collata nullo umquam aevo sint intermoritura. Neque pro hisce solum ele{e}mosina in praesentia destinatis, verum perpe{c}tuo Dominationis Vestrae apud Deum in orationibus nostris (si quae sint) memores futuri.
