Reverendissime Domine,

Si non omnino periit memoria apud Reverendissimam Dominationem Tuam consuetudinis, q[u]a f[a]miliariter admodum usi fuimus in Hispaniis penes caesarem, dum illa regis sui, ego vero civitatis meae Mediolani oratorio munere fungeremur, fortas<s>is non ingratae erunt illi hae litterulae, in quibus illud tantum sat erit nunc agere, plurimum videlicet exoptare sibi salutem et, si quid est penes summum pontificem vel totam hanc curiam, quod sua amicorumve suorum causa agere valeam, nullum profecto aliud negotium mihi suavius continget atque iucundius.
