Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine gratiosissime.

Recommissis obsequ[iis] meis et parato benemerendi desiderio in gratiam Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae.

Cum animo in meo id obfirmaverim Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae obsequi complacereque semper, hactenus fastidio receptu[s], quod eiusdem diutius <non> viserem valetudinem pro mea co[n]sueta ac addictissima observantia, scriptis meis praesenti[bus] hoc meum visendi sanitatem optimam Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae, domini mei gratiosissimi, officium destinavi. Quo in affectu eum me fateri ingenue possum, ubi nemini (ex quibusvis devinctissimis Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae atque obligatissimis) cedo. Mitto Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae vasa tria cerevisiae nostrae Pyanthk[o]uiensis et vasculum unum de acratone rubis concocto. Quod poculentum Mazoviticum nostrum Malmaticum nom[i]nitamus. Exiguum quippe munusculum, quod Reverendissima Paternitas Vestra, dominus meus gratiosissimus, grato a me suscipere [di]gnetur animo et me gratia sua consueta amplecti non desinat.

Cuius gratiae me obnixe commendo exoptando, ut Deus optimus eandem Dominationem Vestram Reverendissimam pro si[n]gulari meo desiderio diu servet incolumem atque felicissimam.
