Reverendissimo in Christo Patri ac Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino meo colendissimo et gratioso

Post obsequiorum meorum exhibitionem.

Reverendissime Domine, domine colendissime et gratiose.

Venerabilis dominus Maurcius Ferber ecclessiae hic Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae canonicus Domino inspirante sacris subdiaconatus ordinibus initiari cupiens, rogat, et ego pariter, proxime Quattuor Temporum diebus eos ipsos ordines Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra ipse gratiose conferre dignetur. Vellet se tunc eosdem suscepturus in Heylsberg conferre.

Qui se, et ego identidem, Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae obsequiose nos commendamus, Deum Omnipotentem summopere praecantes, ut eandem Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram in longum felicissime conservare di{n}gnetur.
