Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino meo observandissimo et gratioso

Reverentiae et observantiae debita exhibitione praemissa.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime et gratiose.

Quod ad litteras meas a Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra nullum responsum neque per puerum Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae huc ablegatum acceperim, existimo causam fuisse, quod dominus praepositus Gutstatensis non sine iactura nepotis mei negotium comperendinare conetur. Ob id satius esse duco, ut ad exsecutionem litterarum apostolicarum procedatur. Eo forte incitatus libenter amplectetur conditionem oblatam, ad quam post inceptas expensas vix admittetur. An autem recte divinem, ignoro, humiliter nihilominus Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram rogando et obsecrando, ut mihi significare dignetur mentem domini praepositi, ne, si oblata refutarit, tempus frustra teratur.

Me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae, cui felicissima quaeque exopto, sinceriter commendo.
