[Reverendo] in Christo Patri, domino [Ioanni], episcopo Var[miensi], sincere nobis dilecto

Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Adversam valetudinem Paternitatis Vestrae doluimus, restitutam autem pristinae sanitati gaudemus plurimum, ut enim fortunarum Paternitatis Vestrae auctrices fuimus, ita illam diu valere et ipsis fortunis frui feliciter ex animo cupimus.

Quid geratur in Anglia, in quem virum rex evaserit, quae regni facies, plane ex litteris Paternitatis Vestrae cognovimus, nec est amplius, quod percontetur neque de ea re magis cogitabimus.

Bene valeat.
