[Reverendo in Christ]o Patri, domino [Ioanni episcop]o Culmensi [sincere] nobis dilecto

Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae ac Masouiae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater sincere nobis dilecte.

Unguentum missum a Paternitate Tua fuit nobis pergratum. Utinam autem maiestati regiae contra podagricos dolores sit utile, foret maiestati regiae et nobis multo gratius. Quid responsum sit ab episcopo Cantuariensi ex eius litteris vidimus, quas Paternitati Tuae rursus mittimus, volumus autem, ne quicquam de ea re illuc scribat amplius, dum res ita habeat, ut scribitur.

Simulacris dum ultima manus imposita fuerit, curabit Paternitas Tua, ut ad nos perferantur, rem nobis factura gratam.
