Sedulam in omni officiorum genere operam debitamque famulitiorum exhibitionem Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae offerens.

Supplico enixis precibus, quatenus Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra in praesidium protectionis suae ac servitorem suum me inter suos connumerare mihique esse dominus gratiosus dignaretur. Cuius munia adimplere, modo sint commissa et imperata, volo semper.
