Z listu [rady miasta] Lubawy Dantyszek dowiedział się o postępowaniu członków kapituły kolegiackiej w Lipsku wobec testamentu zmarłego doktora [Krzysztofa] Kuppenera i w związku z tą sprawą wysłał [do rady lubawskiej] list otrzymany od księcia miśnieńskiego [Jerzego Brodatego] wraz z wysłanymi do tegoż prośbami kanoników i lipskiej rady miejskiej. Na tej podstawie Giese zorientuje się w sytuacji.

Dantyszek załącza kopię swego listu do księcia i sugeruje, by także Giese napisał do niego z obszerniejszymi wyjaśnieniami, tak aby nie zmarnotrawić testamentu spisanego na korzyść [lubawian].

Dantyszek przesyła Giesemu przetrzymany przez zapomnienie list dotyczący Rady Pruskiej. Prosi o rozesłanie go pozostałym [członkom Rady].
