Serenissima Reginalis Maiestas et Domina, Domina mea clementissima. Humillimam orationum et servitiorum meorum commendationem.

Mitto hunc fratrem meum Bernardum ad Serenissimam Maiestatem Vestram, cui commisi, ut quaedam meo nomine Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae reverenter referat. Supplico igitur illum clementer audire, meque supplicissime commendatum habere dignetur. Dominus Deus eandem Serenissimam Maiestatem quam diutissime florentem prosperrimeque valentem concedat.

Datum Lubaviae, XVI Novembris anno 1537.
