Serenissima Regia Maiestas Domine, et domine clementissime. Humillimam perpetuae meae servitutis commendationem.

Commisi huic fratri meo, ut quaedam summa, qua potest, reverentia Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae meo nomine refer[at], quem ut clementer audire meque regia gratia commendatum habere dignetur, humillime supplico. Dominus Deus, qui Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae Nestoris dedit prudentiam, concedat in prospera valetudine et aetatem.

Datum Lubaviae, XVI Novembris anno 1537.
