Serenissima Reginalis Maiestas, domina et domina clementissima. Humillimam orationum et servitiorum meorum commendationem.

Serenissimae Reginalis Maiestatis Vestrae litteras, datas Vilnae ultima mensis Octobris, accepi hic debita cum reverentia vigesima huius Decembris, novem diebus post conventum nuper in Marienburgo habitum, ad quem me Serenissima Maiestas Vestra hortatur. Litterae etiam serenissimae regiae maiestatis, quibus ad eum conventum vocabar, paulo ante mihi sunt redditae. Ea fuit causa et aliae etiam, quas serenissimae regiae maiestati descripsi, ad quas me refero, quod ad illum conventum venire non potuerim, unde me, et satis, et merito, excusatum esse arbitror neque ad eam excusationem mihi gratiam Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae defuturam spero, quemadmodum latius Serenissima Maiestas Vestra ex domino castellano Gdanensi Achacio Czeme et eius collega paulo post intelliget. Intelliget praeterea omnia clarius, de quibus novissime fiducialiter et pro debito et fide mea Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae scripsi eligetque ea, quae bona in oculis Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae videbuntur. In me usque ad ultimum halitum nihil deerit, in quo Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae fideliter et utiliter servire umquam possim et hoc sibi de me Serenissima Maiestas Vestra certo persuadeat. Cui me, ut dominae meae clementissimae, suppliciter commendo ac dedo Deumque Omnipotentem precor, ut quam diutissime BNW, BOZ, 2053, TG 15, No.1797, f. 200v cum serenissimis regiis maiestatibus et liberis suis serenissimis Serenissimam Maiestatem Vestram prospere et feliciter vivere et regnare concedat.
