Reverendissime Domine, domine amiceque mihi multum observande.

Post servitiorum meorum humilium recommendationem.

Est mihi etiam et medicus ex Thorn (Toruń, Thorunium), city in northern Poland, on the Vistula river in its lower reaches, main residence of the bishops of Kulm (Chełmno); one of the three Great Prussian Cities (along with Gdańsk and Elbing) which had representatives in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic LeagueThoroniaThorn (Toruń, Thorunium), city in northern Poland, on the Vistula river in its lower reaches, main residence of the bishops of Kulm (Chełmno); one of the three Great Prussian Cities (along with Gdańsk and Elbing) which had representatives in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic League, doctor Hieronymus Aurimontanus (Hieronymus Cingularius, Hieronymus Gürtler von Wildenberg) (*1464 or 1465 – †1558), doctor of medicine, humanist, author of school textbooks, initiator of the restitution of the school at Kulm and from 1501 its rector; 1504-1513 rector of the school at Złota Góra in Silesia; 1515 municipal physician at Thorn (JANOCKI 1819, vol. 1, p. 301-302; LECHICKA, p. 24)GeronimusHieronymus Aurimontanus (Hieronymus Cingularius, Hieronymus Gürtler von Wildenberg) (*1464 or 1465 – †1558), doctor of medicine, humanist, author of school textbooks, initiator of the restitution of the school at Kulm and from 1501 its rector; 1504-1513 rector of the school at Złota Góra in Silesia; 1515 municipal physician at Thorn (JANOCKI 1819, vol. 1, p. 301-302; LECHICKA, p. 24), cuius opera nunc utor.

Velim quidem cum Vestra Reverendissima Paternitate praesens colloqui atque illud esset mihi gratissimum, cum profectura fuisset versus Althausen (Starogród, Antiquum Castrum), town on the Vistula river, ca. 1.5 km S of Kulm, initial location of Kulm; given to the Kulm cathedral by Alexander Jagiellon, it was the summer residence of the Kulm bishopsStarogrothAlthausen (Starogród, Antiquum Castrum), town on the Vistula river, ca. 1.5 km S of Kulm, initial location of Kulm; given to the Kulm cathedral by Alexander Jagiellon, it was the summer residence of the Kulm bishops Vestra Reverendissima Paternitas, ut descenderet ad Rheden (Radzyn), town in northern Poland, Pomerania, 15 km SE of Graudenz (Grudziądz), today Radzyń ChełmińskiRadzinRheden (Radzyn), town in northern Poland, Pomerania, 15 km SE of Graudenz (Grudziądz), today Radzyń Chełmiński, sed quia tali dolore afficior, et ego minime сonferre potuissem, et Vestra Reverendissima Paternitas non adeo tractatura esset tantum, quantum liceret, praesertim cum et ego decumbo, et nurus meus, dominus Jan Dąbrowski son of Voivode of Kulm (Chełmno) Johann von Damerau (Dąbrowski), married to Elżbieta, the daughter of Voivode of Kulm Johann von Lusian (Luzjański) (PSB 18, p. 167)IoannesJan Dąbrowski son of Voivode of Kulm (Chełmno) Johann von Damerau (Dąbrowski), married to Elżbieta, the daughter of Voivode of Kulm Johann von Lusian (Luzjański) (PSB 18, p. 167), domi abest.
