Reverendissime in Christo Pater, domine et amice observantissime.

Salutem plurimam et mei commendationem.

Redditae sunt mihi litterae Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae, quarum lectione varie sum affectus. Quod enim Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram intellexi cum morbo conflictari, haec adversitas eius valde me conturbavit, quod autem in consolando me solitam humanitatem mihi exhibuit, maerore animi, quem morte beneficentissimi domini parentis mei gravem concepi, magna ex parte sum levatus. Itaque ago et habeo immensas gratias Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae, quod et morti desideratissimi Łukasz Górka (Łukasz of Górka) (*1482 – †1542), 1499-1507 Castellan of Spycimierz; 1507-1511 Castellan of Ląd; 1508-1535 General Starost of Wielkopolska; 1511-1535 Castellan of Poznań; 1535-1537 Voivode of Poznań; 1538 Bishop of Włocławek (PSB 8, p. 409-412)domini et parentis meiŁukasz Górka (Łukasz of Górka) (*1482 – †1542), 1499-1507 Castellan of Spycimierz; 1507-1511 Castellan of Ląd; 1508-1535 General Starost of Wielkopolska; 1511-1535 Castellan of Poznań; 1535-1537 Voivode of Poznań; 1538 Bishop of Włocławek (PSB 8, p. 409-412) condoleat, neque oblivisci voluit amici sui fidelis et integri, quodque me sua amicissima et prudenti consolatione destitutum esse noluerit, quin et cf. Curabo omni gratitudine haec testimonia benevolentiae eius promereri. A qua magnis precibus oro, ut in me eum amorem, quo beneficentissimum Łukasz Górka (Łukasz of Górka) (*1482 – †1542), 1499-1507 Castellan of Spycimierz; 1507-1511 Castellan of Ląd; 1508-1535 General Starost of Wielkopolska; 1511-1535 Castellan of Poznań; 1535-1537 Voivode of Poznań; 1538 Bishop of Włocławek (PSB 8, p. 409-412)patrem meumŁukasz Górka (Łukasz of Górka) (*1482 – †1542), 1499-1507 Castellan of Spycimierz; 1507-1511 Castellan of Ląd; 1508-1535 General Starost of Wielkopolska; 1511-1535 Castellan of Poznań; 1535-1537 Voivode of Poznań; 1538 Bishop of Włocławek (PSB 8, p. 409-412) fuit prosecuta, transfundere velit et eam vicissim persuasionem retineat, me in ea redamanda nullo officio defatigari velle.

Oro Deum, ut Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram praesenti aegritudine levatam ad multos annos incolumem servet.
