Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi, domino meo clementissimo

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine clementissime. Post servitiorum meorum in gratiam Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae studiosam commendationem.

Is nobilis Bartholomeus Comorski iam motam suam causam prosequi intendit coram Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra et toto senatu terrarum Prussiae, pronunc instantibus comitiis Marienburgensibus, quam quidem causam latius et plenius ipse coram Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra declarabit ore tenus. Quapropter enixe precor, dignetur Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra, dominus meus clementissimus, sibi piam in audiendum accommodare aurem et illi intuitu precum mearum, consilio et auxilio clementer patrocinari, ut pauper nobilis sua potiatur desiderabili iustitia. Pro quo offero me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae in omnibus similiter occasione oblatis ad vota eius propensissimum. Cum his me solito favori et gratiae Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae commendo et opto illam felicissime et diutissime valere.
