English register:
Dantiscus forwards to the chapter a royal mandate concerning the collection of the tax enacted at the [Royal Prussian] Diet in Marienburg (Malbork) and entrusts them with ensuring its enforcement. He also sends a copy of his own mandate regarding the tax as well as other current matters [i.e., sumptuary regulations on attire]. He leaves the specifics of implementing those regulations with respect to the chapter’s subjects to the chapter’s own discretion.
