Dantyszek zalecił przekazanie kapitule postanowień ostatniego sejmu [Prus Królewskich] w Grudziądzu oraz treści poselstwa królewskiego, sprawowanego tam przez prepozyta [Pawła Płotowskiego]. Informuje, że przedmiotem następnego sejmu będą podatki. Życzy sobie, aby kapituła, zapoznawszy się z przesłanymi materiałami, poinformowała go zawczasu, jakie działania mógłby podjąć w interesie jej i jej poddanych podczas tego sejmu.

Dantyszek uważa za stosowne przesunąć na 1 grudnia termin wizji lokalnej niedopuszczalnej budowy (intolerabilis structura) [jazu] służącej młynowi [na Pasłęce], ponieważ nie można tej sprawy dyskutować, zanim zgodnie z umową nie zostanie zrewidowana granica między Warmią a Prusami Książęcymi. Traktuje podjęcie tej sprawy jako swój obowiązek, toteż kapituła nie musi go o to prosić ani aż tak wylewnie za to dziękować.
