Regest polski: Prepozyt kapituły warmińskiej Paweł Płotowski poskarżył sie Dantyszkowi, że ten [Alexander Sculteti], który z powodu sposobu życia niegodny jest miana kanonika, zażyczył sobie, aby kapituła przyznała mu folwark, który od roku jest w gestii Płotowskiego. Dantyszek wyraża pragnienie, aby kapituła nie krzywdziła w tej sprawie Płotowskiego.

Biskup zawiadamia, że powierzył Płotowskiemu na piśmie i pod pieczęcią pewne swoje zamysły z poleceniem zreferowania ich kapitule.
