Hic iacet in viridi, ferventi febre, iuventa
Consumptus, gelida Valerianus humo.
Dreviciae spes magna domus specimenque futurum
Exstitit et rubri tutor in orbe Bovis.

Suetus Castalio pellere fonte sitim;
Moribus et lingua Ausoniis instructus et ore
Facundo, doctus verba Latina loqui.
