Ioannes DANTISCUS do Ermland (Warmia) Chapter

Regest polski:

Dantyszek uważa za stosowne powiadomić kapitułę, że zna i popiera treść okazanego mu przez Mikołaja Płotowskiego mandatu królewskiego, zaadresowanego do kapituły warmińskiej. Monarcha [Zygmunt I] domaga się od kapituły informacji, kto jest właścicielem domu, o którym mowa w mandacie, i nie zezwala na dalsze procesy.

Dantyszek zwraca uwagę na bezprawność pozwu, wystosowanego dwukrotnie przez kapitułę w interesie kuśnierza (ratione pellionis) przeciwko Mikołajowi Płotowskiemu. Zwraca uwagę, że kapituła nie uwzględniła pozycji Płotowskiego jako wolnego szlachcica, posiadającego dobra w Ziemi Chełmińskiej. Ostrzega, że w Królestwie Polskim takie nadużycia są surowo traktowane. Zatrzymuje u siebie pozwy, by oszczędzić kapitule zarzutów o arogancję.

Dantyszek przekazuje otrzymane od swego siostrzeńca [Kaspara Hannaua] z Rzymu wieści dotyczące spraw kapituły. Miał zamiar uczynić to za pośrednictwem administratora Achacego Trencka, lecz ten zachorował, toteż zastąpi go kustosz i wikariusz generalny [Johann Tymmermann].
