English register:

As a curiosity, Valdés sends Dantiscus a booklet that he found by chance when tidying his luggage. It contains prayers or hymns that were supposed to protect the Moors during battle. The booklet was accompanied by a streap of beaten gold embossed with Arabic letters of some religious significance unclear to Valdés. He sends it as well.
