Post humillimam fidelitatis et servitiorum meorum in gratiam Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae commendationem.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine clementissime.

Pro ea summa ac incomperabili(!) Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae benignitate ac clementia mihi iam pridem notissima, qua non gravate excusationem meam admittendo delictum remittere dignata est, quas possum maiores, numquam intermorituras ago humillime gratiarum actiones. Et nisi hactenus benignitas Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae mihi cognita esset spemque nonnullam dedisset, prae nimio cordis (ex concepta contra me Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae indignatione) dolore mihi ipsi revera excidissem, vel certe graviori aliquo morbo, quo me clementissimis cf. Qua de re Paternitatem Vestram Reverendissimam, dominum meum colendissimum, humillime peto, ut pro sua erga omnes clementia ac summa benignitate et hanc meam excusationem admittere totumque delictum dimittendo, pristina sua gratia et benevolentia me prosequi, cum omnia sincero ac simplicissimo animo feci, dignetur.

Commendo me humillimaque servitia mea in gratiam Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae.

Quam Dominus Deus, quod ego orare numquam omittam, quam diutissime sanam et incolumem conservet.
