Dantyszek zwraca się do kapituły, aby wydała mu na użytek diecezji dochody Aleksandra Scultetiego z kanonikatu i prebendy. Zostały one aresztowane z powodu niewypłacenia przez Scultetiego należności spadkobiercom Felixa Reicha, co było obwarowane grzywną w wysokości 100 florenów węgierskich.
