[Ioannes DANTISCUS] do UNKNOWN [Ermland (Warmia) Canon]

Regest polski:

Dantyszek przesyła adresatowi listy Dietricha [von Rhedena] oraz księcia [Albrechta Hohenzollerna]. Prosi o sugestie, co powinien odpisać. Nowiny przesłane przez księcia otrzymał już wcześniej. Ponadto Wilhelm Truchses oraz posłaniec księcia powiedzieli mu, że młodzieniec o nazwisku Reuter przed czterema dniami wrócił z Ratyzbony [do Królewca], książę nie wyjawił jednak Dantyszkowi, jakie wieści przywiózł; Dantyszek podejrzewa, że nie były one księciu miłe i prosi, by adresat zawiadomił go, jeżeli dowie się czegoś na ten temat od brata.

Książę określił termin rewizji granic [pomiędzy diecezją warmińską a Prusami Książęcymi] w okolicach Ortelsburga [Szczytno] na 22 sierpnia; jeśli książę nie zmieni terminu, konieczna będzie wówczas przy tym obecność adresata. Dotychczas przebieg granic nie budził wątpliwości, powziął je dopiero nowy starosta Ortelsburga, niejaki Pusch. Dantyszek byłby wdzięczny, gdyby adresat mógł ten spór zażegnać polubownie za pośrednictwem brata. Prosi o przesyłanie listów i nowin.

W dopisku Dantyszek przypomina adresatowi, że potrzebuje beczki węgorzy.
