Regest polski:

Dantyszek omawia planowaną odpowiedź na list księcia [Albrechta Hohenzollerna] w sprawie posłów na sejm [pruski]. Opinia rady Gdańska i rady Elbląga jest zgodna z jego własną. Jeśli adresat oraz panowie [pruscy] nie są innego zdania, proponuje, że list, który mu przekażą, wyśle do księcia przez swojego posłańca.

Dantyszek jest oburzony doniesieniami o działaniach Aleksandra [Scultetiego]. Miał on wrócić od Giesego do Fromborka w radosnym nastroju, wyprawić pocztę do Rzymu, a także oskarżyć Dantyszka na piśmie przed kapitułą [warmińską] o bezprawne działanie. Małżonka Aleksandra nie zamierza opuścić [należącego do kapituły] domu pomimo groźby ekskomuniki (censurae).

Dantyszek nie może uwierzyć, że Giese jest bardziej przychylny Aleksandrowi niż jemu. Przypomina Giesemu o pożytkach ze swojej przyjaźni. Prosi, by ten jej nie zrywał i udzielił mu wsparcia.

Dantyszek powątpiewa w publikację drukiem swojego poematu [Carmen paraeneticum ad Constantem Alliopagum], przesyła jednak epigramat, który dodał do niego pod wpływem uwag Giesego.
