Regest polski: Valdes przekazał poprzedni list do Dantyszka za pośrednictwem pewnego Aragończyka, zanim dotarł do niego Bretończyk Dantyszka z listem. Przytacza treść przesłanego wcześniej listu (IDL 5747) i przesyła po raz wtóry spis miejscowości, przez które przypuszczalnie będzie podróżował kanclerz [Mercurino Gattinara]. Nie może wyruszyć dzisiaj, ponieważ wstrzymuje go powolność Niemców w załatwianiu spraw. Gdyby nie to, wieczorem byłby u Dantyszka. Wyruszy nazajutrz rano. Wyraża nadzieję, że jeżeli nie spotka Dantyszka po drodze, to z pewnością stanie się to w sobotę. Pozdrawia jego samego i jego studnie (prawdopodobnie gra słów związana z podobieństwem łacińskiego puteum - studnia do puta - prostytutka. Może to być aluzja do towarzyszących Dantyszkowi kobiet oraz do miejsca jego pobytu, Dueñas oznacza bowiem po hiszpańsku Panie).
