Regest polski:

Poprzedniego dnia napisał, co adresat powinien wiedzieć. Obecnie przesyła przez starostę braniewskiego [Georga von Preucken] nowiny z dworu królewskiego, które otrzymał przedwczoraj. Niech podzieli się nimi z członkami kapituły i z kustoszem [Johannem Tymmermannem]. Spodziewa się, że przyjmą je z zadowoleniem.

Jeśli kustosz bądź adresat będą mieli jakiekolwiek tego rodzaju wieści, chętnie je przyjmie.

Z pewnością do kanoników dotarła już wiadomość o powrocie do żywych Jana Benedyktowicza [Solfy].
