Reverendissime Domine, domine mi observandissime.

Salutem et felices successus.

Quod manus Domini tetigit Vestram Reverendissimam Dominationem, signum est illius clementiae, nam quos diligit, hos et corrigit per varias tribulationes, ut sui amorem ingerat, q(?) cuius potentiae nihil est impossibile, ab illius misericordi bonitate nihil non impetrabile omnibus in se confidentibus, in his praesertim, quae vergunt in animae salutem, ad quam nos divina bonitas exercet huiusmodi turbinibus, ut sequentes Christum feramus crucem, per quam assequamur caelestem gloriam, ubi nec aerugo consumit nec tinea arrodit, quae non dubito melius esse perspecta Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationi, quam a me dici possent, et proinde facile credo illius prudentiam in moderandis animi motibus sibi temperaturam et afflictiones istas non solum patienter, sed etiam hilariter feret, manus enim Domini constricta non est et valet plus dare, quam abstulit.
