Regest polski: Opat Adrian i pozostali zainteresowani, idąc za radą Dantyszka, posłali brewe apostolskie (oraz list, zawierający tę radę) do biskupa krakowskiego [Samuela Maciejowskiego]. Ten, zapoznawszy się z treścią brewe, odesłał je z powrotem zakonnikom, polecając im przekazać dokument i zwrócić się o wsparcie [w ich konflikcie z włocławską kapitułą katedralną] bezpośrednio do Dantyszka. Biskup krakowski dołączył także list do Dantyszka. Opat Adrian, [spełniając zalecenia biskupa krakowskiego], prosi Dantyszka o podjęcie się obrony interesów zakonników.
