Reverendissime in Christo Pater, antistes dignissime idemque gratiose domine. Debitum inserviendi officium cum precatione rectae valetudinis optataeque felicitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae Paternitati animo dudum devoto offero. Reve<re>ndissime et gratiose domine ms. o(!) ee ms. o(!) .

Quod suis ad me iam pridem datis litteris, omni paterno in me affectu conspersis, hactenus non responderim, boni, ut solet omnia, consulat, oro idque non neglegentiae, sed dirae podagrae, quae me post meum reditum illico deiectum egit hodieque inter parietes tenet, tribuere dignetur.

Quod nobilis olim domini Georg Schewecke (Georg Scheffke) (*1491 – †1547), 1522 Gdańsk alderman; 1525 - town councillor; 1528 - judge; 1531 - mayor; 1536-1537, 1540, 1542-1545 - burgrave; 1534 Gdańsk envoy to convention in Lüneburg in affairs of seafaring and conflicts with Lübeck (AT 15, p. 501, 510; AT 16/1, p. 42, 44; ZDRENKA 2, p. 275)Georgii ScheuekeGeorg Schewecke (Georg Scheffke) (*1491 – †1547), 1522 Gdańsk alderman; 1525 - town councillor; 1528 - judge; 1531 - mayor; 1536-1537, 1540, 1542-1545 - burgrave; 1534 Gdańsk envoy to convention in Lüneburg in affairs of seafaring and conflicts with Lübeck (AT 15, p. 501, 510; AT 16/1, p. 42, 44; ZDRENKA 2, p. 275), sui, dum vixit, affinis innotissimi, ex hac mortalium luce decessum plurimi faciat animoque non minus, quam stilo, querulo prosequitur, facit plane pro sua in rempublicam huius nativae suae Gdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic LeagueurbisGdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic League studio et prudenter et officiose nimirum, expenden(do), quam passa sit civitas ista in demortuo written over iioo written over i viro iacturam quemque ille cum animi dexteritate, tum in rebus et publicis et privatis, non quidem fastu aut praecipiti spiritu (ut quida<m>), sed lenitate et modestia gerendis statuendisque valuit, ne dicam, excelluerit. At moderatoribus istis eundem spiritum in clavo recte tenendo precor. Cuique rei eventum, ex futuris diebus requirendum puto.

Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae litteras domino Hermann Bremer (*ca. 1490 – †1548-1549), 1526, 1535 Gdańsk town councillor; 1531 town judge (HARTMANN 1525-1550, No. 412; ZDRENKA 2, p. 55-56)Hermanno BremerHermann Bremer (*ca. 1490 – †1548-1549), 1526, 1535 Gdańsk town councillor; 1531 town judge (HARTMANN 1525-1550, No. 412; ZDRENKA 2, p. 55-56) perscriptas, paternae etiam erga me pietatis testes, legi.

Licet quidam modici temperantique commodi sapore capiantur.

Reverendissime Domine. Si res ita ferret, ut mei servitii, mei diuturni memoria coram nuntiis Gedanensibus sumpta, undecumque occasione facienda videretur, vix aliam temporis commodiorem rationem fore ad hoc putarem, nisi ut id magnifico domino Georg von Baysen (Jerzy Bażyński) (*1469 – †1546), 1503-1512 Chamberlain of Marienburg (Malbork); 1512-1546 Voivode of Marienburg (PSB 1, p. 377)palatino MarienburgensiGeorg von Baysen (Jerzy Bażyński) (*1469 – †1546), 1503-1512 Chamberlain of Marienburg (Malbork); 1512-1546 Voivode of Marienburg (PSB 1, p. 377) praesenti hoc fieret. Siquidem ex Georg von Baysen (Jerzy Bażyński) (*1469 – †1546), 1503-1512 Chamberlain of Marienburg (Malbork); 1512-1546 Voivode of Marienburg (PSB 1, p. 377)illius magnificentiaGeorg von Baysen (Jerzy Bażyński) (*1469 – †1546), 1503-1512 Chamberlain of Marienburg (Malbork); 1512-1546 Voivode of Marienburg (PSB 1, p. 377) egregium nec infrugiferum suffragium certo certius polliceor.
