Nactus quoque sum praeceptorem[1] ex animi mei sententia, hominem non modo doctum, verum superinscribedverumverum superinscribed etiam probum, ego etiam me ita geram erga ms. ergo(!) ergaerga ms. ergo(!) eundem, ne in re quapiam merito culpandus sim. Hospitam etiam habeo bonam, quae Reverendissimam Celsitudinem Tuam probe se noscere dicit, Margaretam nomine. Ea omnia, quae potest, mihi praestat adeo, ut nihil quod equidem sciam in ulla re mihi decedit, idque lubentissime in gratiam Reverendissimae Celsitudinis Tuae se facere et facturam pollicetur.

Hoc unum a Reverendissima Celsitudine Tua magnopere peto et contendo, ut eadem Augustinum consobrinum meum huc transmittere velit, ut una mecum incumberet bonis litteris, nam spero ei non parum fructus allaturum.

Quod vero Reverendissima Celsitudo Tua huc me misit ad perdiscendas bonas litteras, adeo mihi gratum est, ut pares gratias agere vix possum, referre nequaquam. Ego etiam, quae meae partes sunt, ut nepotem obsequentem decet, omnia studiose diligenterque curabo et cum mihi eos duos fines studiorum propositos videam, ut ex litteris et probitatem morumque integritatem, et eruditionem capiam, omnia mea studia eo dirigam, ut virtute praeditus et eruditus redeam. Efficereque conabor, ne eorum sumptuum, quos Reverendissima Celsitudo Tua studiorum meorum causa facit, umquam poeniteat.

Commendo me in gratiam Reverendissimae Cel(situdini)s or Cel(situdini)Cel(situdini)sCel(situdini)s or Cel(situdini) Tuae, quam ut Dominus Deus quam diuitissime nobis servet incolumem, precari non desinam.
